Anger

Anger can be useful and productive if we use it sparingly, and don't let it overwhelm "the better angels of our nature." Relentless anger, like acid, is corrosive. No one wants to be an angry person, but when it happens, we can try to learn from it, and leave it behind.

When was the last time you felt angry? Who or what caused it? Was it, in your opinion, justifed anger?

This week's theme is anger.
